1.  Description of Services – Project’s blueprint works

Phase 1:  Analysis - Contractor agrees to assist Customer with the followings services for Phase 1 of the project (Defining Website Project Blueprint) which is defined as follows:

a)    Gathering Customer’s requirement specifications

b)    Analyze & advice Customer’s requirement specifications

c)     Study & confirm technical feasibilities

d)    Draft a blueprint for the website project

e)     Draft a work plan for the website project

f)      Draft a cost service proposal for the website

Contractor will work with Customer to analyze user requirements, system requirements and design requirements.  Contractor will map out all specs into flow chart and design layouts for Customer to approve before coding it. Contractor will bill, on an hourly basis at its then current hourly rates, in quarter hour increments, for services provided, including, but not limited to, email, phone, in person visit, etc. 

2.  Description of Services – Design (Presentation Layer)

Phase 2: Design - Contractor agrees to assist Customer with the followings services for phase 2:

g)     Gathering Customer’s design requirement specifications

h)    Analyze & advice Customer’s design requirement specifications

i)      Study & confirm technical feasibilities for the design phase

j)      Draft a logic flowchart, user flowchart and system flowchart

k)    Create graphics and assembly layout

l)      Review & update design

 
The results of what was completed in phase 1 will be put into designs to produce a complete static website without CMS, Content Management System integration. 

3.  Description of Services – Coding (System Layer)

Phase 3: Coding - Contractor agrees to assist Customer with the followings services for this phase:

m)   Study & confirm technical feasibilities for the system

n)    Role play & test logic flowchart, user flowchart and system flowchart

o)     Design necessary databases

p)    Build system modules

q)    Code system modules

r)     Unit integration modules

s)     System integration of all modules

t)     Testing & Updates

The product of phase 1 and phase 2 will be coded to produce a complete dynamic website with the CMS, Content Management System integration. 

4.  Description of Services – Coding (System Layer)

Phase 4: Testing & Updates - Contractor agrees to help Customer the followings services for this phase:

u)    User Testing

v)     Admin Testing

w)    Customer Testing

x)     Browsers Testing

y)     Bandwidth Testing

z)     Security Testing

aa)  Updates

Taking what has been done in phase 1, phase 2 and phase 3 and put them thru rigorous testing and update to produce a functional and error free website.
